Before enrolling, ensure you can commit to the entire season. A drop-in option will be offered in the second week for those with specific day constraints in Azerbaijan's tennis scene.

If tennis classes in Azerbaijan are canceled due to rain, make-up sessions will be arranged. These make-up classes cannot be carried over to the next season and must be taken within the current season. It is advisable to attend the make-up class promptly and not delay until the season's end to secure a spot and facilitate flexible scheduling.

Refunds:

Cancellations two weeks before classes start receive a refund, minus a 20% deduction from the class cost.

Cancellation after the first week of tennis classes in Azerbaijan results in a 50% refund deduction.

A 25% deduction applies for cancellations in Azerbaijan after the second week of classes.

In Azerbaijan, tennis players seeking a refund must submit a medical note from their healthcare provider, accompanied by a signed statement from a parent or legal guardian to verify and endorse the claim. Fulfilling both conditions entitles them to a 50% refund.

Canceled tennis classes or camps due to Covid by the academy will receive a full refund, minus processing fees.
